Type 41 ultra-thin resin cutting discs with double fiberglass mesh reinforcement for carbon steel and stainless steel. Brown aluminum oxide (A) grades for mild steel and iron; iron-free white aluminum oxide (WA) Inox grades for stainless steel — no contamination, no discolouration. Grit grades A36/A46/A60/WA46/WA60. Diameter 100–230mm (4–9"), thickness 1.0–2.5mm. Max speed 80 m/s. Certified EN12413 / MPA / ISO 9001:2015. OEM/ODM available with custom label and packaging.
Iron Cutting Disc (Resin Abrasive Wheel)
Heavy-duty flat Type 41 resin cutting discs engineered for fast, precise cutting of mild steel, iron, carbon steel, rebar and structural sections. Brown aluminum oxide abrasive with double fiberglass mesh reinforced resinoid bond. Available in A24–A60 grit grades, sizes 355×3.0×25.40mm and 405×3.0×25.40mm, bore 25.40mm. Compliant with EN12413 and MPA standards.
