Aluminum Oxide Flap Disc
General-purpose aluminum oxide flap discs for grinding and finishing mild steel, cast iron, and wood. Available in Type 27 (flat) and Type 29 (conical) profiles with fiberglass or plastic backing plate.
Hook & Loop Sanding Discs (Multi-Hole)
Professional-grade hook & loop sanding discs with multi-hole dust extraction. Available in P40–P1500 grit range with aluminum oxide, zirconia, ceramic, and silicon carbide abrasives. Suitable for automotive body repair, wood finishing, and metal surface preparation.
Metallographic Abrasive Discs
Precision abrasive discs engineered for metallographic sample preparation. Silicon Carbide and Aluminum Oxide abrasives on waterproof latex paper or PET film backing. Available in P80–P3000 grit range with plain, PSA, and Hook & Loop attachment. Colour-coded by grit for contamination-free workflow. Compatible with Struers, Buehler, Allied and other automatic polishing machines.
Resin Fibre Discs (Ceramic / Zirconia / Aluminum Oxide)
Heavy-duty resin fibre discs on high-density vulcanised fibre backing for angle grinders. Available in Ceramic Alumina (blue), Zirconia Alumina (red), and Brown Aluminum Oxide (brown). Sizes: 100mm (4"), 115mm (4.5"), 125mm (5"). Grit range P36–P240 for aggressive stock removal to fine surface blending.
Strip & Clean Discs — Poly Fibre Rust & Paint Remover
Open non-woven poly fibre discs with silicon carbide abrasive for aggressive rust, paint, and oxidation removal on metal, stainless steel, and automotive surfaces. Available in 3 grades: Blue (Extra Coarse, hardest & longest life), Purple (Coarse), Black (Medium, most flexible). Hardness & Durability: Blue > Purple > Black. Sizes: 100–150mm. Max 13,300 RPM. No base metal damage.
